(BOI-ITC) is one of the foremost Trust Companies in the country. It was established in 1987 as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Nigerian Industrial Development Bank Limited (NIDB) now Bank of Industry Limited (BOI).
BOI-ITC is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Capital Market Operator to function as Trustee, Registrar and Fund/Portfolio Manager; and with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a finance company.
