Bank of Industry Hosts 9th Annual Interactive Session with CEOs of Banks

The Bank of Industry recently hosted its 9th Annual Interactive Session with Chief Executive Officers of Banks and their representatives, reaffirming its commitment to collaboration, dialogue, and partnership in advancing Nigeria’s industrial development.

The annual forum, which has evolved into a trusted platform for candid engagement between BOI and the banking community, provides an opportunity to review shared priorities, address emerging challenges, and explore practical ways to strengthen development finance delivery across the economy.

In his opening remarks, BOI’s Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Olasupo Olusi, emphasized that sustained collaboration between BOI and deposit money banks remains critical to ensuring that development finance continues to flow prudently, transparently, and with measurable impact.

Discussions at the session focused on strengthening partnership frameworks, improving monitoring and risk management, and deepening cooperation in support of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), large-scale industrial projects, and priority sectors of the Nigerian economy.

The Annual Interactive Session underscores BOI’s role as a convening institution within Nigeria’s financial ecosystem and its ongoing commitment to working with key stakeholders to deliver inclusive, sustainable industrial growth.
