Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

1.    Username or Password Error message (Incorrect) when logging in.

Ans: Confirm if the username E.g LA15A1234 or password was entered correctly 

2.   Login Details was not received and  I lost my password.

Ans: Check your junk box or Use the forget password option to recover your login details using NYSC  State code as your username

3.    Unable to upload documents online. (Uploading Icon is not active)

Ans: Confirm if JavaScript is installed on your system 

4.    System not accepting the candidates State Code Number, generating invalid message.

Ans: Check if NYSC state code was entered   correctly if it persist contact customer care for help.

5. How do i change my password to my phone Number.

Ans.

A. Click on “Lost your password” icon or click this Link  http://www.boi.ng/gef/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

B. Enter your NYSC state Code as your user name (eg. La15c1001) then click on get new password

C. An Email will be sent to your registered email address with a link to  reset the password

D. Open your email address then click on the link to reset the password

E. Type in your preferred password (Your Phone Number) and click on reset password

F. Now visit this http://www.boi.ng/gef link and log in with the new  password  and complete the form
